Dental EmergenciesIf your child experiences a dental emergency including an infection, trauma, pain or swelling it is best to contact the office immediately. Your child will be scheduled for an emergency appointment to be examined by the doctors. If a permanent tooth is knocked out, gently rinse but do not scrub the tooth, under water. If tooth appears clean, reimplant (put tooth back) into the socket. If this is not possible, place the tooth in a glass of milk. Do not reimplant a primary (baby) teeth. If the tooth is fractured, please bring any pieces you find. If you are unable to contact us, please call your local emergency center.
